What does this mean?

You see i work at jack in the box and i work with mostly females, every time i work with them they always got something negative to say about me. Its like they be watching every second just to see if i mess up or something, and if i do make a mistake then i will be all kinds of (you slow,stupid,retarted,etc) they won't leave me alone. I give them compliments all the time but they just can't seem to do the same. Its like i can't do nothing right or please them in any kind of way. What do i do
