What is a good resource to use when trying to determine what career is the best fit for you?

I have been at the same job for many years, and I am looking for a change. I want to ultimately enter a field that is a good match for my personality and business type. I would like to find resources, whether online, actual businesses, books etc, that will allow me to discover my personality type, business type, and/or what would be an ideal job for me. Any suggestions?
